By placing an order on this website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not complete a purchase.

3. Our products

We sell digital products only, delivered electronically. These include:

4. Digital delivery — no physical shipping

All products sold on this website are digital and delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment involved. Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment, typically within minutes; downloadable files (templates, trackers, ebooks) are made available for download right after checkout, and a copy of your purchase confirmation and access details is also sent to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT/IVA where applicable, in line with Spanish and EU tax regulations for digital services. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your card details on our servers. An invoice or payment receipt is available upon request.

6. 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing info@expertclinicaltrials.com with your order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within a few business days of approval.

This guarantee applies to standard individual purchases. It does not apply where evidence of abuse is found (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund of the same product, or substantial completion of a course followed by a refund request made in bad faith).

7. Course access

Once enrolled, you receive access to the corresponding course content for as long as it remains published on this website. We aim to keep purchased courses available indefinitely, but if a course must be withdrawn or substantially changed, enrolled students will be notified and offered access to an equivalent course or a refund where reasonably appropriate.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

All course content, templates, trackers, ebooks, videos, text, and other materials made available through this website are the intellectual property of Expert Clinical Trials (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

When you purchase a product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that product for your own personal or internal professional use. You may not:

• Upload course content or downloadable materials to public platforms, file-sharing sites, or shared drives
• Use our materials to create a competing product or training offering
